Position Description We are currently working on many senior level opportunities including a Sr. Solutions Architect Opportunity home-based in St. Louis, MO. Our client is a publicly traded storage and data center infrastructure integrator that is doing extremely well right now, and growing both organically and through acquisition. They are currently $350M in revenue and 300+ employees, and are hiring all over the country. They partner with several market leaders, including NTAP, EMC, HDS, VMWare, Symantec, and Cisco, to bring leading edge data center infrastructure solutions to their enterprise clientele. The Company is based in the Midwest, and have a reputation as being one of the best companies to work for in the industry. Amazingly, over 80% of their employees have been with the company 8yrs or more, which says alot about the culture and the way they take care of their people. Engineers are given all-you-can-east training from their partners, and have the opportunity to massively expand their skillsets throughout various IT/data center technologies. Additionally, SA's variable comp is tied to the region they support, and have the opportunity to over-achieve plan and share in the wealth for their efforts.
