One firm is a Pre-IPO market leader in the data protection space that has already firmly established themselves in the Federal Market. They have many large installed accounts, including NSA, USDA, DHS, Fed Reserve, and many others. The Federal sales team is leading the company in revenue per rep and deal margins, and setting the tone for the rest of the US-based sales organization. This role would be calling on the Civilian side of the market, and would have a low quota with a strong potential to over-achieve and blow it out. There would also be a pre-ipo equity package included.

The other firm is a $3B well known storage market leader that grew their federal division nearly 40% year over year, and is thus expanding and bringing on two more Sr. Account Execs to focus on large civilian agencies. This past year, their two top federal reps made in the $700k-$1M range. One rep made $600k by driving over $9M in revenue on a $4M quota, in only their 2nd year with the company!! Needless to say, earnings opportunity is high and uncapped. The territories are negotiable based on experience/relationships a candidate brings with them, but some possibilities include IRS, Treasury, DOJ/FBI, SEC, Commerce, Labor, Interior, and Education.
