We are currently working with the market share leader for data storage specifically for the video surveillance market. They are still Pre-IPO, but through the startup phase, and now have a solid revenue stream that is doubling year over year. Additionally, they just closed a $23M round of funding last week that will be used primarily for expansion. Our client has recently announced a product - available for delivery - that is one of the top driving forces behind VMware's increasing momentum in the VDI market. Recently, they have been recognized as the first and only organization to provide a packaged VMware View solution that not only simplifies storage, but eliminates it as a VDI obstacle. They have already developed a significant existing footprint in the Federal market, winning large projects with DHS, FBI, Army, Library of Congress, and many other federal agencies, including some large surveillance projects within the Intelligence Community. This recent success has created an urgent need for a dedicated Federal Sales Manager to help take their federal business to the next level. Up til now, the sr. execs themselves were leveraging their relationships/experience in Federal to drive business. This role can be home-based anywhere in DC/VA/MD, and will have a definite growth path into leadership as they continue to scale the organization. They offer extremely lucrative comp plans (top rep in the company made over $500k last year) along with an attractive Pre-IPO equity package. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a hyper-growth company in a hot market- the timing couldn't be better.
